2. Products Our pieces — particularly Desi Bloom — are released in limited quantities, often one piece per size, and hand-curated in India. Colours may vary slightly from product photos due to screen settings and the handmade nature of embroidery and prints.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in AED, or the equivalent shown at checkout for your region, and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary by shipping destination to reflect delivery costs.

4. Orders We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment Payments are processed securely through [payment gateway name]. We do not store your card details.

6. Intellectual property All content on this site — photography, product names, descriptions, and design — belongs to Qissaat and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability Qissaat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, or for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (customs, courier disruption, etc.).

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, without prejudice to your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
